DollarFanatic.com is an exclusively Online One Dollar Store owned & operated by Dollar Fanatic LLC. Yes, we sell all of our products for only $1.00 to $5.00 each. Also to be clear we don't just sell a bunch of junk, we usually offer 200 to 500 different products at a time of mostly Name Brand and Licensed products that are usually sold for much more elsewhere. So PLEASE don't compare us to boring traditional Offline One Dollar Stores. Basically we are trying to offer you the BEST Deals on the internet. We admit maybe not the most, but the BEST!
We no longer limit some products based on per order, or per customer. Our inventory is in Real-Time so we're always selling out and either restocking or adding new items. You're limited to being able to purchase what we have in stock at the exact time you are ordering. We don't do back-orders, again we only sell what we currently have in stock at our warehouse.
What are your Shipping & Handling rates?
Our Shipping & Handling rates in the USA are based on weight with a minimum Standard Shipping charge of $2.99, and a maximum Economy Shipping charge of $8.99. Shipping & Handling is a major issue for us, from a business perspective it's the difference between the life and death of our company. We also very reasonable expedited Shipping rates. Currently postage and shipping rates are very high, and we usually lose money on shipping regardless if a customer gets Free Economy Shipping or not, with the only exception being Priority Mail/UPS because at that point we usually break even on Shipping & Handling or lose only about 15% to 20% on larger orders. At this time the cheapest starting rate we can ship a 1 item small package is $2.60 which is just for the postage not including the fulfillment and/or handling cost. We're an Online Dollar Store so we give the best possible Shipping & Handling rates we can, even though it's really hard on our type of business. Lastly keep in mind we do offer Free Shipping on orders of $25 or more, which of course is not Free for us, but it's Free for you! There may have been a time that companies made money on Shipping & Handling; however, nowadays companies are lucky to cover 75% to 80% of their Shipping & Handling cost.
How long does it take to receive an order from when we place it to it being delivered to our door?
This depends on a few factors depending on your location, which method of shipping you select, whether you are a business or residential address, etc. In most cases the following is a good guideline. Our warehouse ships orders in 1 to 5 business days after the order has been processed. Of course the weekends do not count as business days. If you select the Standard/Economy Shipping method it will usually take 3 to 10 business days depending on your location to arrive after shipping. If you select one of the Expedited UPS/Priority Mail methods it will usually take 1 to 3 business days depending on your location to arrive after shipping. Basically we're trying to give you the best delivered price with very good service; however, we can't pretend that we aren't an Online Dollar Store and we can deliver faster than other industries, etc. We on average deliver much faster than other companies that say they're Dollar Stores. Our business model is built on volume so we do our best, and for the most part our customers love it!
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We're a USA-based company that prefers to do business with USA-based consumers. However we do offer shipping to Canada which can be pricy, but we have ridiculous prices so that doesn't usually matter on larger orders. So basically we ship inside the USA and we ship to Canada for the time being.
What payments methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express Credit/Debit Cards and we accept PayPal Payments. For security purposes we do not accept phone orders, also we do not store Credit/Debit Card information on your account. Of course we know this can be pain for customers to have to enter their information every time they purchase when using a Credit/Debit Card; however, we're not willing to sacrifice security for convenience.
Why don't you accept Returns/Refunds?
Come On! We're an Online Dollar Store, we describe the products and we sell quality merchandise. We'll take care of our customers, so if there is a real problem don't worry we will take care of it on a case by case basis. However we also want to be treated fairly, we work on extremely small margins, so we really are unlike other companies that make a large profit off the products they are selling. This also works in your favor, because we MUST HAVE happy customers to survive as a business.
