Frequently Asked Question: I noticed some items have an image that says Special Purchase and some items have limits per order, Why?

Because these items are sold for at least 60% Off Retail, these items are considered Special Purchases which we are offering on a limited basis for one of the following reasons:

  1. The item is being sold below cost as a promotional offer.
  2. The item is being sold at an unheard-of price specifically meant to reward our loyal customers.
  3. The item is larger than we would normally be able to sell due to increased shipping cost, so we limit it to prevent very large packages that cost more to ship than a customer pays for the order.

Please Note: This program is offered at an EXTREME value to our customers, so we won't change these terms on a case-by-case basis. Of course, we can't stop a customer from making multiple separate orders, but we do ask that you be reasonable. We want many or most of our customers to be able to take advantage of this Special Purchase program.
